Terms of Service

Uni by UniLocal Marketing

These terms apply to businesses that use Uni. Each client's signed service agreement with UniLocal Marketing also applies and controls if there is a conflict.

Using Uni

You must provide accurate business information, follow carrier and texting laws, and only have Uni text people who asked for a text, texted you first, or gave you their number for service messages. No spam, purchased lists or deceptive content.

Google

If you connect your Google Business Profile, you authorize Uni to read your profile details and to publish posts and review replies that you approve. You can disconnect at any time.

Fees

Fees and billing are agreed separately with your UniLocal Marketing representative.

No guarantees

Uni helps you respond faster and get found, but specific results are not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month.
